Please complete the following form to request a reservation for your school/organization group. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Your trip is not confirmed until you receive an invoice and confirmation of the date being reserved for your group.

Please keep in mind, you must have a 1:10 child/adult ratio for field groups.

These adults must be over 18 years old and can consist of organization staff and/or paying chaperones.

At the Nido & Mariana Qubein Children's Museum, any adults attending the field trip who are not school staff are considered chaperones. This definition includes supervising chaperones as well as parents who are attending with their own children but not supervising other students. All chaperones accompanying your group on the field trip to the museum should be included in this count. Chaperone attendance is limited based on group size. We will provide your group's maximum allowable number of chaperones at the time of booking.

Option One The museum is closed on Mondays and is open from 9am - 1pm on Tuesday during the school year. Field trips may last until 1pm on Tuesday, and 1:30pm Wednesday - Friday.
